DESCRIPTION:
Thank you for your interest in the custom flower shadow box. This product is a wonderful way to display already dried flowers from a wedding, engagement/anniversary, commemorating a loved one, or capturing a special life event. Our tailored frames make great art to be displayed in your home and can be a thoughtful gift for any member of your family.
THE PROCESS:
• Prior to shipping the flowers, you must reserve a shipping/delivery date of the fresh flowers to our farm by submitting a $75 deposit. Our team will review and confirm your floral shipping date within 3 business days. If for any reason we are not able to accommodate your date, your reservation fee will be refunded.
• Once the reservation date is confirmed, we will reach out to you via email to collaborate on your design style and frame size. At this stage in the process, the $75 reservation deposit is NONREFUNDABLE as it reserves your spot & goes towards the cost of supplies to prepare for the arrival of your flowers.
• During the collaboration stage, a total invoice will be submitted to you which will be due when we receive your bouquet.
o LARGE ~18 x 24 ($265 + Frame Cost + Return Shipping)
o MEDIUM ~11 x 14 ($210 + Frame Cost + Return Shipping)
o SMALL ~8 x 10 ($160 + Frame Cost + Return Shipping)
• Shipping instructions for your flowers will be emailed to you.
o Shipping fees are paid by the customer. If you are located near Eastern, TN, local drop-off can be arranged.
• After your flowers arrive at our farm, please allow 8-16 weeks to design your frame.
o Return shipping fees are paid by the customer and are included in the original invoice. If you are located in Eastern, TN local pick-up can be arranged.

• $75 deposit is NONREFUNDABLE once event date has been confirmed.
• Flowers are composed of organic matter and there is no guarantee of color retention. Florals will naturally change color while drying as well as over time in the frame. For example, white flowers tend to yellow/brown and red flowers tend to darken as they dry. We like to remind our customers – “A raisin will never look like a grape!”. Rest assured that we use multiple drying methods, specific to the flower type, to optimize preservation and color retention.
• Dried flowers are very delicate! We must be able to handle the dried flowers without them falling apart in order to make a frame. If the flowers fall apart to the touch, we do not recommend getting a shadow box made.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged flowers delivered in the mail. Some flowers may not make it during shipping. We will work with the best pieces we receive from your bouquet.
• Any extra florals will not be returned unless requested for an extra fee.
• Once your flower frame is completed, we will ship your item in a box indicated as FRAGILE with ample packaging. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping. Please purchase shipping insurance to guarantee refunds on potentially damaged items.
• Due to this being a custom-made piece, we do not accept product returns.
